Goal 1: 100 % of all food waste is going to the bio gas facilty in Organicburgh, and at the same time minimizing the food waste.
1. Each product line waste manager is responsible for the waste from the line.
2. The raw material and waste is noted and compared.
3. Collected and by the end of each batch/shift sent by a truck running on bio fuel, together with the normal transport of goods to the suppliers in Organicburgh.
4. The data of the waste is analyzed and coupled to the purchase to improve future purchase.
